The O&B Animal Practice Group
Within the O&B family, we have tremendous experience and knowledge in all points of human-animal interaction —health, nutrition, breed and industry associations and retail and foodservice branding — all of which have been herded together to form the O&B Animal Practice Group. The Animal Practice Group is designed to fully leverage the wealth of animal agriculture experience we have within O&B. Headquartered in Kansas City, this group’s charge is to provide animal industry expertise to our clients, via the deep roster of knowledge, talent and animal-agriculture interest of the members in this group.
The Animal Practice Group is comprised of associates from across the O&B organization, with the goal of providing deep business, marketing and communications insight to our clients, constituencies and the industry as a whole. What makes this team thrive is each member’s rooted passion for the livestock and companion animal industries.
The team works to increase business opportunities, strengthen brands and build relationships with a variety of animal-based clients. From conception to consumption, the O&B Animal Practice Group works alongside its clients to move the needle forward.

The O&B Animal Advisory Groups: We think we do a pretty good job of staying abreast of the issues facing animal agriculture, but no one knows it better than those who face the challenges and opportunities directly, day after day. To accomplish this, O&B has created advisory groups, focused on the markets and industries that feed the world. The Advisory Groups allow O&B to open up dialogue with leaders in the industry, and gather opinions and feedback on the current and future state of animal agriculture. We want to learn about the challenges and the opportunities producers and others in animal agriculture face everyday. We want to know what keeps them up at night, and learn about the aspects of the industry that give them hope. The Advisory Groups help augment O&B’s body of expertise in these core markets, and keep its finger on the pulse of the industry. We are tremendously excited about the promise for strategic insight and value that the advisory groups will provide to each partner in the relationship. This relationship is one way O&B invests back into the marketplaces in which we operate.
